The Institute is committed to fostering an inclusive, culturally responsive environment that supports the needs of new and emerging migrant communities. A key focus of the Institute’s framework is supporting multicultural women who may face additional barriers to participation. Through programs and services, the Institute aims to reduce social isolation, improve access to information and support successful settlement outcomes. This will be achieved by delivering culturally appropriate activities, providing pathways to essential services, and creating opportunities for community connection and participation.
The Institute will work closely with local service providers and community leaders to ensure programs remain responsive to the evolving needs of culturally diverse communities. Programs will promote confidence, social connection and access to services to encourage active participation in the wider community.
