Al Mustapha Institute provides Islamic services, education, multicultural support services, and community wellbeing programs, including tailored support for new and emerging migrant communities and multicultural women.
We will deliver interactive and personalised experiences for people, equipping them with leadership skills for the future, while providing culturally responsive services that strengthen inclusion, participation, and connection. We will deliver significant value-driven outcomes for both our community and the wider society.
We will achieve these by:
- Increasing education opportunities and services to ensure that they are closely linked to community needs, including the needs of new and emerging migrants and multicultural women. Regular reviews and community consultation will enable us to effectively identify needs and develop targeted programs and services.
- Strengthening our identity both nationally and globally, while fostering inclusive community connections.
- Leveraging our relationships by encouraging new and emerging migrants to undertake our programs to support their successful integration into the local community.
- Monitoring performance to ensure expectations of stakeholders and the community are exceeded, and that our services remain inclusive, accessible, and responsive to diverse cultural needs.
