• Increasing education opportunities and services to ensure that they are closely linked to community needs. Regular reviews and community consultation will enable us to effectively identify needs and develop programs and services to meet those requirements.
• Strengthening our identity both nationally and globally. Firming our existing relationships with global educational organisations will support and enhance the Institute’s educational objectives.
• Leveraging our relationships by encouraging international students to undertake our residential educational program.
• Monitoring performance to ensure expectations of stakeholders and the community are exceeded.
